Where and when can we collect our physical tickets?
Physical tickets can be collected at the venue on the day of the event. The ticket counter typically opens a few hours before the event’s start time. So, plan your journey and please arrive early to ensure a smooth ticket pickup process.
Where and when can we collect our merchandise?
You can collect your merchandise at the designated merchandise booth located inside the venue. The booth will be open before and after the event. We recommend arriving early or checking the event schedule for specific merchandise booth hours.
Where can I park?
Parking for Zepp clients will be at Lalaport. Proceed to ticketing counter at level G, BBCC Hub.
How much is the parking fee at Lalaport BBCC?
Good news! FREE parking promo at Lalaport has been extended till 31st December 2023. All parking tickets need to be validated at any APS machine before exiting. Free parking only applicable for physical tickets, not valid with TnG.
When will the hall doors open and close?
Doors will be open at 7:00 p.m. before the event begins. Plan your time and be sure to arrive early to secure your seats. Doors will be closed once the event has started to minimize disruptions to the performance. If you need to exit the hall during the event, our crew will assist you with re-entry at an appropriate moment.
Will there be kiosks selling food and beverages?
Yes, there will be kiosks selling food and beverages available at the event venue for your convenience. You can enjoy refreshments and snacks during the Tujuh – Vibrato Guitar Concert.
